Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your PistePal account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings:
- Open the PistePal app
- Navigate to You (your profile tab)
- Select More Settings...
- Choose Delete your account and data
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information and account credentials
- Your location history and shared locations
- Your social connections and group memberships
- Your app preferences and settings
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Important Notes
- This action is permanent: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered
- Immediate effect: Your data will be removed from our systems promptly after deletion
- Legal obligations: Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal requirements or resolve disputes
